Marsha is the Managing Director and Chief Communications Officer for UBS Group Americas. Marsha graduated from Clemson University and participated in the Executive Leadership Program at UNC-Chapel Hill. Marsha is a member of the Women’s Forum, Inc. and a board member of Urban Arts Partnership. Marsha was selected as a David Rockefeller Fellow for The Partnership for New York City class of 2014 to 2015.
Stephen is the senior minister at Christ Church Park Avenue, New York City. He graduated from Occidental College and Yale University. Stephen also earned a PhD in Leadership and Change at Antioch University. He has published a book, Simple Truths: on Values, Civility and Our Common Good. He is a founding member and current co-chair of A Partnership of Faith, a consortium of senior leaders from Jewish, Muslim and Christian traditions. He has served on the boards of Outward Bound, The Town School, the Foundation for Community Encouragement (an international educational foundation), the Yale Divinity School Board of Advisors and Mohonk Mountain House.
Alma J. Carten, PhD, LCSW, ACSW, earned her BA degree from Ohio University, the MSW degree from the Whitney M. Young Jr. School of Social Work, and Doctorate of Social Welfare from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. Since her retirement from her full-time faculty appointment with NYU Silver School of Social Work, she has continued an affiliation with the School as Adjunct Associate Professor. Her awards include service awards from Mayor David Dinkins for her work on the NYC Commission on the Foster Care of Children, and as interim commissioner of the NYC Child Welfare Administration; the NYC/ NASW highest social work leadership award, and African American Pioneers award; the NYU Silver School of Social Work’s Dorothy Height Humanitarian Award, and the New York State Social Work Educators Lifetime Achievement Award.
Holly graduated from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. She was a senior partner at McKinsey & Company where she worked for 13 years. She ran McKinsey’s New Jersey Office while serving her healthcare clients and also served on its global committee to select new partners. Holly currently serves as a Trustee at St. Luke’s School.
Rick served as Chairman and CEO of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) from 2009-16. He also served as CEO of New York Stock Exchange Regulation and as the first Chief Regulatory Officer of the NYSE. Previously, he spent twelve years at the NASDAQ and NASD, serving as President of both organizations. Rick graduated from Tufts University and received his JD from NYU. Rick is on the board of the National Endowment For Financial Education and previously was Chairman of the FINRA Foundation.
