Marsha is Group Head Communications & Branding and is responsible for all internal and externalcommunications as well as UBS’s branding, sponsorship and advertising activities globally. Marsha graduated from Clemson University and participated in the Executive Leadership Program at UNC-Chapel Hill. Marsha is a member of the Women’s Forum, Inc. and a board member of Urban Arts Partnership. Marsha was selected as a David Rockefeller Fellow for The Partnership for New York City class of 2014 to 2015.
Stephen is the senior minister at Christ Church Park Avenue, New York City. He graduated from Occidental College and Yale University. Stephen also earned a PhD in Leadership and Change at Antioch University. He has published a book, Simple Truths: on Values, Civility and Our Common Good. He is a founding member and current co-chair of A Partnership of Faith, a consortium of senior leaders from Jewish, Muslim and Christian traditions. He has served on the boards of Outward Bound, The Town School, the Foundation for Community Encouragement (an international educational foundation), the Yale Divinity School Board of Advisors and Mohonk Mountain House.
Holly graduated from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. She was a senior partner at McKinsey & Company where she worked for 13 years. She ran McKinsey’s New Jersey Office while serving her healthcare clients and also served on its global committee to select new partners. Holly currently serves as a Trustee at St. Luke’s School.
Gaby is the VP of Product and Technology at the Obama Foundation, overseeing the overall product and technology strategy and roadmap. Prior to joining the Foundation, Gaby spent 10 years leading product and technology teams at digital platforms: she led Squarespace’s New Products unit and founded the company’s new Marketing and Analytics product line; led international, growth, and content discovery teams at Twitter through and beyond the company’s IPO; and was an early member of the international operations team at Facebook. Born and raised in Peru and Brazil, Gaby holds an AB in Government from Harvard University and an MFA in Design and Technology from the San Francisco Art Institute.
Rick served as Chairman and CEO of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) from 2009-16. He also served as CEO of New York Stock Exchange Regulation and as the first Chief Regulatory Officer of the NYSE. Previously, he spent twelve years at the NASDAQ and NASD, serving as President of both organizations. Rick graduated from Tufts University and received his JD from NYU. Rick is on the board of the National Endowment For Financial Education and previously was Chairman of the FINRA Foundation.
Damien Rios is the SVP and General Counsel of Crown Global Insurance Group, where he leads the legal team and oversees all of the company’s legal affairs. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard University and a graduate of Columbia Law School.
Prior to joining Crown Global, he was a Special Counsel in Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP’s Estates, Trust & Tax Planning Department and a member of the Private Wealth Group.
In addition to practicing law, Damien founded, and was President and General Counsel of a life insurance brokerage firm. He was also a regular contributor to The Chase Review, is co-author of The Circular 230 Deskbook, is co-author of The Advisors Guide to Circular 230, and is a Practising Law Institute faculty member. Damien was an Adjunct Professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University where he taught courses on U.S. federal income tax.
